  • Emmaus 2026 Pricing Schedule

    From April 13, 2026- May 24, 2026

    • Pentecost Pricing: $65 for one adult registration. It is $50 per person when registering 2 or more adults.
    • Young Adults (Those in their 20's and 30's): $25
    • Youth Participant: $25
    • Children for childcare: $20 per child. For families with 3 or more children, a total of $60 per family.

    From May 25, 2026- August 22, 2026

    • Regular Pricing: $75 for one adult registration. It is $50 per person when registering 2 or more adults.
    • Young Adults (Those in their 20's and 30's): $25
    • Youth Participant: $25
    • Children for childcare: $20 per child. For families with 3 or more children, a total of $60 per family.

    Children under age 3 are encouraged to remain with a parent or guardian during the conference.

    Lunch is included with each registration. Lunch will be provided by Mission Barbecue. The vegan option will be catered by Saturday Sangria. 


    Registration Types:

    • Adult Participant: Anyone age 18 or older who is no longer in high school (includes working adults and non-students).
    • Young Adult Participant: Any adult, age 18-39).
    • Youth Participant: Any student in grades 6–12 who wishes to attend the conference.

  • Young adults in their 20's and 30's are invited to special speaker event the evening of Friday, August 21. Spend time with other young adults as you listen to Jason Evert, one of the Emmaus Conference's key note speakers. This event is included in your registration for no additional price.*

  • High School students are invited to Emmaus: Youth Encounter on Friday, August 21, 6:00 PM at St. Paul Catholic Church in Valparaiso. This will be a night of praise and worship, Eucharistic Adoration, and a key note talk by Father Agustino Torres CFR. Father Agustino Torres, CFR, is a priest with the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal based in the Bronx, New York. He is the founder of Corazon Puro, an organization dedicated to forming youth. He hosts the EWTN television shows Icons and Clic con Corazon Puro in Spanish. Father Agustino was one of the friars who founded Catholic Underground, an apostolate of the Friars of the Renewal, and the Casa Guadalupe (women) and JPII (men) houses of discernment. He has spoken at talks all around the nation, including at the National Catholic Youth Conference. This event is included in your registration for no additional price.*

    Emmaus Conference Pricing

    • Pentecost Pricing: $65 per adult participant, or $50 per person when registering 2 or more adults — Monday, April 13, 2026 through Sunday, May 24, 2026.

    • Regular Registration: $75 for one adult, or $50 per person when registering 2 or more adults — Monday, May 25, 2026 through Saturday, August 22, 2026.

    Other Registration Types

    • Young Adult Participants (those in thier 20's and 30's): $25 per participant.

    • Youth Participants (Middle School & High School): $25 per participant.

    • Childcare: $20 per child (up to three children). For more than three children, flat rate of $60 per family.

     

    Please Note: Refunds can only be given 30 days prior to the event.

  • Payment is due within three weeks of registering online. After three weeks, we cannot guarentee that we can hold your tickets. 


    Checks can be made out to "Diocese of Gary." Please put "Emmaus Conference" in the memo.
