Join us for this transformational international Mission Pilgrimage Trip to Mexico City with Hope of the Poor. We will be serving those living on the streets, in orphanages, and in the city dump.
Space is limited! The Diocese of Gary will be accepting 40 people to participate on the mission trip.
Who: Open to all adults (out of high school, 18+) in the Diocese of Gary
When: Thursday, October 8 through Tuesday, October 13, 2026
Where: Mexico City, Mexico
The price of approximately $1800 per person includes the costs for the week: an international flight, safe room and board, all transportation, a diocesan T-shirt, and a donation to provide a child in Mexico City to go to school for a whole year. Participants may also wish to bring additional spending money for personal purchases or items not included in the trip cost, such as souvenirs.
Married couples may have to sleep in separate gender specific rooms.
Please get an up to date passport ASAP if you do not already have one.
Applicants will hear if they have been accepted for the Mission Trip within two weeks of applying.
Applications are due by Thursday, April 30, 2026 unless all spots have been filled.
